I want you to be completely happy with your new piece of art. If for any reason you aren't, I offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Return
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

1. Contact Me: Please email hello@cotswoldfloralart.co.uk to start your return.

2. Postage: If your return is accepted, you are responsible for posting the item safely back to me. Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

 

Refunds
Once I’ve received and inspected your return, I’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If it is, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Additionally, I do not provide refunds for delays in delivery or for buyer’s remorse.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get exactly what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, simply make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
