Fine Art Prints Delivery

Fine art prints and homewares purchased through our online store, adhere to the following shipping and refund policies:

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:


● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

We include the destinations where each product is shipped from in our product descriptions.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control
and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so
please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your
purchases. We cannot reimburse you for this expense.


We are not responsible for any conversion rates charged by your credit card company, PayPal, or any other payment company.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:


● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

 

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your
neighbour’s, get in touch with us at hello@cotswoldfloralart.co.uk with your order number.


If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but
shipping will be at your own cost.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about
your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at hello@cotswoldfloralart.co.uk.

Why does my order look different to on-screen?

All specifications and descriptions of products on this website are intended only to give a general description of the products. Whilst the images provided are a true representation of the products, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour reproduction of the products caused by the browser software or computer system used.

All sizes and measurements provided are approximate to the nearest centimetre or inch.

What’s your pricing policy?

All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is mislisted or a pricing error is made, we reserve the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price and/or provide a refund.

Fine Art Prints Returns

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let
us know by contacting us at hello@cotswoldfloralart.co.uk.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable). Unclaimed returns get donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund) after 30 days. 

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of
these apply, please contact us at hello@cotswoldfloralart.co.uk with photos of the wrong/damaged
items within 7 days of your delivery date, and we’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

We do not refund purchases due to delays in delivery or buyer’s remorse.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Vintage Artwork Delivery

Purchases made through our Etsy Shop, adhere to the following shipping and refund policies:

What is the condition of your items?

The items in our store are original antiques which bear the hallmarks of their previous life. They are not reproductions or prints. Due to their age, the artwork is often extremely delicate and the paper can be discoloured with foxing, slight creases and tears.

In the case of our herbariums and pressed flower pictures, there may be some breaks in the flowers and some of the foliage might be missing.

This is the nature of vintage items and something which in our opinion, only adds to their history, authenticity, and charm.

We have tried to photograph our artwork so as to highlight any defects, but please let us know if you’d like any additional photos.

Does your artwork come in the frames they are displayed in?

Currently, we only supply frames for our most delicate artwork, including herbariums, pressed flower pictures and some of the older bookplates - these are the wooden and black frames.

The bookplates that we have photographed in the gold or white frames will be delivered to you as prints only. As we are a new small business, it is simply impossible for us to have a large stock of frames at present. But this is something we're working on!

Please check each individual listing carefully to see whether a frame is included - we always state whether a frame is supplied in the item description.

How long will shipping take?

We offer free UK delivery for all our items. This will be Royal Mail Tracked 48®.

We can offer an upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24® at the checkout for an additional cost.

 

While we do everything we can adhere to delivery times stated, Cotswold Floral Art cannot be held responsible for any delays which are beyond our control. 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Vintage Artwork Returns

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Unframed bookplates only: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for returning the prints in the original packaging and all associated costs. We do not refund any delivery charges. When received, we will check the print’s condition with our original inventory. If the print is in the condition in which we sent it, the cost of the print will be fully refunded, minus shipping charges.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges for our other items, including herbariums, pressed flower art and framed items. Please study the photos carefully before purchasing and contact us with any questions – we are happy to provide more images on request.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

 

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. Due to the fragile nature of these items, it is inevitable that breakages will occasionally occur during transit.

 

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at hello@cotswoldfloralart.co.uk within 7 days of your delivery date with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Breakages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Please note, many of the vintage items we sell in our Etsy Store are old and delicate. We have tried to photograph them as to highlight any ageing or defects - they are not in "perfect" condition, something we think only adds to their charm! Prints may be brittle, discoloured, and in the cases of our herbariums and pressed flower art, plants may be broken, damaged or missing pieces. As such, we will not offer refunds for these items, so please study the photos carefully before purchasing.
